Consulting Services

Consulting is like counseling but doesn’t focus on clinical concerns. The process we use is a problem analysis/solution generation format. People ask us to help with single problems or a series of problems imbedded in a system. Sometimes we see people briefly and other times we work intermittently with people over a longer time. It all just depends on what our customers want.

Business Consulting

Everyone wants their business to succeed.  No one wants to be a part of the 80% of small businesses that fail in their first five years. Being an entrepreneur doesn’t mean you know everything about brilliant marketing or about how to organize the office parts.  When we help people through business consulting we analyze the parts and find the holes. Then we collaborate with the client to fill the holes.  We can work on a specific task, or work on retainer over a period of time as needed by the client.

Organizational Consulting

Organizations are like big machines and like big machines they need tune-ups from time to time.  As consultants we can observe the systems within the system, analyze with the organization members and make recommendations.  After that, the organization can pick and choose from the recommendations, adopting as they see fit.

Career Development

People need careers that work for them, not the other way around.  Finding a good career is not always easy. Sometimes it takes outsiders, like us, to reframe things and open up new ideas with the person. Getting unstuck can be very exciting for anyone.
