We are located on Holt Drive, right in front of the Montana Athletic Club and across from the entrance to the Eagle Bend Golf Course. We are on the top floor of the Eagle Bend Professional Center. It is the light tan office building on the west side of the road. Our name is on the sign in front of the building.
Once you get to the top floor look for our signs. Our waiting room is called The Library and, yes, there are lots of books inside. We have gathered an extensive collection of books on topics ranging from how to help your depressed child to de-cluttering your house. People can read while they wait, and check books out.
We accept all insurances. For those who don’t have insurance, or whose insurance is limited, we offer sliding scale and individualized payment arrangements.
